Already, the GOP primary in Florida’s 11th is reporting 99 percent of the expected vote. So far, Webster is holding onto his lead over Loomer, 51 percent to 44 percent. This district includes a number of popular retirement spots, such as The Villages, a planned community that is age-restricted: Eighty percent of the homes in The Villages must have at least one person 55 or older living there. Loomer spent a fair amount of time campaigning in this community, and even got a video of supporters chanting “Boomers for Loomer!”
