We’ve got a lead change in New Hampshire’s 2nd District! With about one-third of the vote counted, Bob Burns is now ahead of George Hansel. Still a long way to go, though, for Burns, who Democrats spent money boosting with the thought that he’ll be easier to beat in the general election.
