The vote-counting has really slowed to a trickle in Rhode Island, where McKee still leads Foulkes by about 3 percentage points. What’s left to report? Thirty-two in-person polling places, including seven in McKee’s hometown of Cumberland, and (we think) some number of mail ballots, which have so far been good for McKee. In other words, I’d rather be him than Foulkes right now.
