In New Hampshire’s 2nd District (the less competitive of the two), Keene Mayor George Hansel is leading with about 13 percent of the vote counted. Hansel has 36 percent, while Robert Burns has 31 percent. Democrats had spent money in the primary to try and boost Burns, a more conservative candidate, over the Sununu-endorsed Hansel.
