My final thought is that Klobuchar’s rise could be good for Sanders’s chances because it’ll further crowd the moderate/center-left lane. I’m uncertain if we should read Sanders’s performance as just fine or a little weak, but the potential for more moderate candidates to hang around could help him continue to win pluralities. Then again, who knows where we’ll be in three weeks when Bloomberg becomes an actual factor in voting?
