Well, in terms of the areas that have reported so far, I can tell you that Concord, Lebanon and Dover all use ballot-counting machines, one of the few pieces of technology that’s actually part of the very analog New Hampshire primary. Orange, and the small towns that reported just after midnight, count ballots by hand instead.
