With 6.7 percent of precincts reporting, Sanders, Buttigieg and Klobuchar are, so far, well above the 15 percent threshold required to win delegates statewide and in each of New Hampshire’s two congressional districts. No other candidate is above 10 percent in either district. Eight statewide delegates are at stake, along with eight in each congressional district.
