In the GOP primary for South Carolina’s 4th District, Rep. William Timmons is still pulling just 53 percent of the vote, although his closest challenger is at only 24 percent. It seems like South Carolinians are in an anti-incumbent mood today. The difference here, though, is that Timmons has been a loyal Trump supporter and even has his endorsement.
