Monica, looking at the county-level results in South Carolina’s 7th District, much of the outstanding vote is from Horry County (home to Myrtle Beach), where Fry is currently winning 51 percent. If he wins a slight majority of the remaining vote there, you’d think that’d get him over the 50 percent mark district-wide.
