We don’t have exact numbers yet, but it does seem as if Sanders still underperformed among black voters, according to preliminary exit polls, while that demographic was one of Biden’s stronger groups. Makes sense that he’d want to make a beeline to South Carolina as a result, especially if the margin here in Nevada is large, though that’s still TBD.

If I were Sanders, I would put quite a bit of focus on South Carolina. Stopping Biden there would make his life a lot easier.

Yeah, Micah, I think Sanders knows South Carolina could still be Biden country, so the Super Tuesday focus (Texas!) makes sense.
