Likhitha’s post about Biden having trouble getting people to volunteer to be delegates brings up something that’s a little unclear to me. I’m watching television coverage of a precinct where Biden has one supporter there in person but is viable because of the early vote. If Biden wins more than one county delegate at that precinct, who else can be a delegate for him? This is the sort of issue that arises from trying to graft the accessibility of a primary onto the exclusivity of a caucus.
