Now I’ve moved to Bellagio, which is a big and dark room that is usually pretty empty but loud and crowded today. Like a lot of sportsbooks, it’s located right next to the poker room. Casinos don’t love either sports bettors or poker players, since the real money comes through slots and, to a lesser extent, table games like blackjack. And poker players tend not to play a lot of slots, for instance. But poker players do tend to do some sportbetting and vice versa, so this is a nice place to sit and/or bet while waiting for your seat in the poker room.
