What Went Down In The Michael Cohen Hearing

I’m surprised that Jordan did not actually try to rebut much of Cohen’s testimony today. He focused on casting him as a liar generally. Cohen had a lot of details that will be hard to rebut.

IDK, I’ve worked with people for a long time who were and are pretty terrible. 😀

Random aside from an audio person here: Anyone listening to this testimony will hear that Cohen’s audio sounds distorted and every time he says a “p” it sounds like his mic is exploding. It’s personally driving me crazy. Part of the problem is the mic he’s using, but part of it is also the mic placement. He doesn’t need to be nearly as close to the mic as he is, and he could probably speak slightly off to the side of it.
