What Did — And Didn’t — Go Down In The Iowa Caucuses

Someone at the precinct I’m observing is now proposing a resolution to decriminalize psychedelic substances … by which I assume they mean the Iowa caucuses? Definitely starting to feel like I’m hallucinating.
