Like in previous years, women are the majority of caucusgoers, according to preliminary entrance polls: 58 percent so far,. Interestingly, there doesn’t seem to be a huge gender divide in candidate choices — none of the splits so far are outside the margin of error on the polls.

The sample size was 1,512 in 2020, 1,660 in 2016, 2,178 in 2008 and 1,665 in 2004.
