What Did — And Didn’t — Go Down In The Iowa Caucuses
Sixty-two percent feels like a weird spot. A lot of races look done at 62 percent, but depending on how close things are, it might be insufficient to actually know who won — by any of the measures the party is releasing.
Price also apologizes for the problems yesterday and promises “a thorough, transparent and independent examination of what occurred.”
Do we know why it’s only 62 percent? Is it just that they don’t have the rest yet?
