What Did — And Didn’t — Go Down In The Iowa Caucuses

Iowa Democratic Party chair Troy Price gives a very short statement on the press call. He says at this point the IDP is manually checking the results. They expect to have results “later today.” The reason for the delay is that they’re checking the results against the paper trail.
