What Went Down During Gordon Sondland’s Testimony

“You understood that Rudy Giuliani spoke for the president, is that correct?”

Sondland is not really disputing the details of the call that Holmes heard, but saying that he doesn’t remember it. So he is not putting this stuff that is most damning about Trump in his own words. That said, Sondland is affirming the broader narrative here.
