What Went Down During Gordon Sondland’s Testimony

Sondland’s claims that he can’t remember things because he can’t consult his notes is, well, something. What if, say, he is conveniently “forgetting” some of the details that make him look bad?

Sondland is talking about his lack of access to documents right now. That’s his excuse for re-remembering testimony, but the lack of access to documents is also something that Democrats have been ticked off with.
