Sarah, I think the case for Warnock and Abrams winning is that they are particularly strong candidates who have very sophisticated, proven campaign apparatuses. In Warnock’s case, he’s also facing a potentially weak opponent in Walker. However, the case for Walker and Kemp is simple: They’re running as Republicans in a Republican-leaning state in a Republican-leaning year. Other factors might not matter.
