With 1 percent of the votes reported, former Hormel CEO Jeff Ettinger is easily leading the Democratic primary in Minnesota’s 1st District. He’s got 52 percent of the vote, while former Bush Administration ethics lawyer Richard Painter is trailing in second place with 19 percent.
