With about a third of the vote in, there hasn’t been much movement in Georgia’s lieutenant governor race. Burt Jones is still leading Butch Miller by about a 20-point margin. But Jones is about one percentage point from this going to a runoff (since he needs to win with a majority of the vote), which could give Miller another chance.
