Three Democrats are running for their party’s nomination in the Arkansas Senate race. No clear favorite emerged in polling before voting began. In early returns, it looks like Natalie James, a Little Rock real estate agent who describes herself as a community activist and advocate, is pulling slightly ahead. The winner will face an uphill battle against incumbent John Boozman, should he win the Republican primary.
