With roughly 71 percent of the vote in, Jessica Cisneros’s lead over Rep. Henry Cuellar has shrunk in Texas’s 28th District. So far, according to The New York Times, Cisneros leads with 51 percent of the vote, compared with Cuellar’s 49 percent.
