The one competitive Georgia House seat in play this November is the 2nd District, where longtime incumbent Democratic Rep. Sanford Bishop could be vulnerable. We’ve got about 44 percent of the expected vote in from the GOP primary, and it looks like the race could be extended to a June 21 runoff. Air National Guard officer Chris West leads Former Army officer Jeremy Hunt 39 percent to 32 percent, so if this keeps up, they’ll have a head-to-head contest about a month from now.
