Perdue still maintains that he “won” the 2020 Senate election because he got more votes than Ossoff, even though he didn’t hit the 50 percent necessary to avoid a runoff. And he refused to mention Ossoff by name after the Jan. 5, 2021 special. So this is practically magnanimous from him.
