Galen was, I think, hinting at this, but there’s always this question with coverage of Trump (implicit or explicit) of how much he actually believes what he’s saying. For example, does he actually think his push to somehow stop Congress from certifying the Electoral College results will work? I obviously have no idea. In the same speech it can seem like he definitely does and that he definitely doesn’t.
