What Happened This Week In Washington — And Georgia

CNN is now showing that pro-Trump protesters have occupied much of the exterior of one side of the Capitol, including a balcony.

A lot of confusion right now with the protests outside the Capitol that we’re trying to sort out here. At this point, we’re told that all personnel “are advised to relocate from the Cannon House Office Building to the Rayburn and Longworth House Office Buildings through the underground tunnels,” and are asked to not evacuate outside. This is still a developing situation. Bear with us as we read in on what is happening.
