I know this has been happening for months now, but I still find it stunning to hear the sitting President of the United States boldly and baselessly claim the election was “stolen,” that votes weren’t real. It’s surreal.

Nothing really new from the president so far. “We will never give up. we will never concede,” he says.

Trump doesn’t behave like a normal politician in a thousand ways, but he’s really embraced the very traditional “point to people in the crowd and clap” politicians’ method of coming onto a stage.
