We just got an update from the Georgia secretary of state about how many ballots are outstanding and in which counties. Notably, the first six counties on this list are all solidly blue.

Where did Warnock do better than Biden — and where did he do worse? Based on counties that are essentially done counting, it seems that Warnock tended to overperform Biden in counties with a larger share of Black voters — and underperform him in counties with more college-educated voters. (Of course, some counties have a large share of both.) But this doesn’t yet include counties like Fulton and DeKalb, which still have some votes to report, and which also have a large share of both Black and college-educated voters. And this doesn’t necessarily mean that it was individual Black or college-educated voters who were more or less likely to vote for Warnock than Biden, even if those trends hold at the county level.
