It’s definitely good for both O’Rourke and Buttigieg that they’re taking up so much time on the stage, but I wouldn’t cast this as the moment of the night. I still think some of the attacks earlier on Warren and health care stand out to me. Obviously, though, this is more personal and may resonate more. I’m torn now.

We are not close to banning assault weapons. That can’t even pass the House right now. What is Buttigieg talking about?
