The Harris-Biden exchange was uncomfortable to watch. Wow. I was shocked to see Harris, who has generally shied away from racial rhetoric in her career, like Obama, go after Biden, so so hard on racial issues. She noted that she didn’t think Biden was a racist, a word I’m sure he hated to hear even associated with him.

I think Sanders was put in a really tough spot there after the Biden-Harris exchange. He gave the same answer that he’s given for 4 years now, but that answer hasn’t been terribly effective at gaining him support among nonwhite voters.
