Biden bows his head for first part of her statement, and then she brings up the busing policies that are a stain on Biden’s record as a liberal and honestly, he looks sort of stricken when that comes up. Harris is really powerful on this, saying that she was personally affected by the policies.

Harris just got the biggest applause of the evening.

Harris just destroyed Biden, but did it extremely civilly. The perfect combination, IMO.
