Well, this certainly wasn't as loud or difficult to follow as the last debate. It almost felt … kind of normal. But the bar was low. And because Biden performed well, I wouldn't count this as a win for Trump. Maybe he'll get points for being somewhat more disciplined than in the last debate. But a lot of people have already voted, and I think voters are pretty exhausted at this point. So I wouldn't expect this to be a big turning point.
