Biden suggested America should “transition” away from the oil industry. That is probably ultimately something that will happen if you implement a climate policy like the ones Democrats favor. I am guessing Biden didn’t mean to say that so firmly. Trump seems to think it was a big gaffe and literally announced that he hopes Texans heard that. I’m not sure if it was a gaffe or not, but it was an interesting exchange.
