Trump claims that he’s done more for the Black community than any other president save Lincoln. It’s very likely that most Black Americans would disagree with this, but it does appear that Trump might win slightly more support among Black voters in 2020 than he did in 2016, based on an analysis we did recently. In particular, he might do better among younger Black voters.
