What Went Down In The Fifth Democratic Debate

In terms of the most common words used in the debate so far, the ones the candidates don’t share — “farmers” for Buttigieg, “women” for Harris, “foreign” for Gabbard, “child” and “leave” for Yang — are more illuminating than the ones they do (“people,” “president,” “America”…)

That was a tough question for Yang — foreign policy is not going to be the strong suit of a guy with no political experience — and he nailed it. Broke the ice with a funny line to start, then gave an informed response.
