What Went Down In The Fifth Democratic Debate

Sometimes it feels like Steyer, Sanders and Warren are running for “policy president,” while Booker, Buttigieg, Biden and Klobuchar are running for “unity/coalition-building/civility president.” And those approaches and strategies result in them almost talking past one another.

According to The New York Times, in debates thus far only about 30 minutes have been spent discussing the climate. But poll after poll shows Democratic voters want this issue to be prioritized by the candidates.
