One of the complications of Warren entering a Biden Cabinet is if the Senate is only narrowly in Democratic hands — which seems like a perfectly plausible scenario. If Warren resigned, there would be a special election fairly quickly, but in the meantime Republican Gov. Charlie Baker would appoint a replacement. Could complicate Senate voting math.

Perry, my guess is she stays in the Senate. The only job she’ll want is Treasury, and I don’t see her getting that job. She causes too much anxiety on Wall Street during uncertain economic times.
