Valerie Biden, Biden’s sister and one of the narrators on this video, is Biden’s former campaign manager and one of his closest advisers. I’ve always found that fascinating. It’s not all that typical to see a brother-sister pairing like that in national politics.

One policy issue we haven’t heard about tonight is criminal justice or policing reform — which, despite plainly being on many Americans’ minds right now, has been a touchy issue for both Biden (in part because of his role passing that crime bill) and Harris, a former prosecutor.
