What Went Down At The December Democratic Primary Debate
This debate is engaging with foreign policy, which is actually the area in which the president has the most latitude to act. Unfortunately, voters don’t engage with it very much unless the country is involved in a major conflict. But sometimes candidates get elected on domestic policy issues and then some of the most influential things they do are in the realm of foreign policy.
I was not expecting that explicit reference to power transition theory!
