People probably aren’t going to love the tone of Yang’s “move people to higher ground” plan, even if it’s actually necessary. This feeds into the idea that Yang is a “doomer” candidate. But he does say that nuclear has to be on the table.

Moderators are being tough on Warren tonight. This is the second proposal of hers they’ve described in terms that paint it as impractical. When talking about her wealth tax earlier, they said, “taxes of this magnitude would stifle growth and investment” and now on nuclear energy they said her goal of “net zero emissions by the year 2050 without utilizing nuclear energy” was “impossible.”

Juuuust about the most explicit Midwest = Electable appeal that you’re ever going to get from Klobuchar right there (which, of course, I’m a fan of as a Midwesterner and someone who thinks the candidates should be more explicit about electability).
