As your Bloomberg correspondent, I think (i) he sounds too much like the Bloomberg Terminal trying to recall information and (ii) his affect is not likely to endear him to voters, since Democrats overall have pretty favorable opinions of Biden and the rest of the candidates.

I think it was kinda funny that everyone in the auditorium seemed shocked and appalled by Bloomberg telling Biden to let him finish. Politics ain’t beanbag.

In real life, Obamacare is a huge Medicaid program (kind of like Medicare for A Lot More), with a private insurance section with high deductibles that people don’t like. Talking about “Obamacare” is pointless.
