I don’t think Warren is going to come back into this race. But if she can, her path is through Bloomberg. He is a great foil for her — basically her entire life’s work is against the wealthy and Wall Street (Bloomberg).
Warren gets a question about Sanders’s supporters, and she uses it to pivot to attack Bloomberg. But then, curiously, Sanders returns to the subject and says “99.9 percent” of his Twitter followers are good people — but that he disavows those who aren’t.
Warren is talking about taking on financial institutions. Seventy-three percent of Democrats and 53 percent of Republicans think that banks and other financial institutions have too much power and influence in today’s economy, according to a September 2019 survey from Pew Research Center.
