Well, that was a weird first 50 minutes. I don’t know that many voters are going to have their minds changed by the foreign policy segment. And I suppose Warren came out a little better than Sanders on their conflict, especially in making the affirmative case for her electability. But I’m not really sure about very much of this.

Alright, candidate correspondents! Time for an update. What do you make of your candidate’s performance — or the debate — thus far?

I think this was a pretty strong segment by Warren — both on the electoral record of the women onstage and on how the same question was asked of other groups before. She did a good job of turning what could have been an attack on Sanders into a positive about her own pitch.
