Maybe this is an obvious point, but it’s significant that the candidates basically choose their own delegate slates in the Democratic Party. So to some extent, if you have questions about the delegates’ conduct, those are questions for the Sanders and Clinton campaigns.

David, from what I can tell, single whips don’t have much control — it’s mostly delegates who get up and hold Clinton signs and chant and try to quiet the rabble rousers.

To those on the floor: Are there organized attempts to stop these chants? Do floor whips go over there and urge them to cut it out? Do nearby Clinton supporters argue with them?
