Nathaniel, I think it’s definitely a reach district for the GOP, but it did become less Democratic in redistricting as Democratic mapmakers in Santa Fe sought to spread more blue to the neighboring (and formerly fairly Republican) 2nd District. In a really good GOP cycle, it could be in play.
