The last key race we were watching in New Mexico looks to be over. ABC News reports that retired police officer Michelle Garcia Holmes is projected to win the GOP primary in the 1st District over businessman Louie Sanchez. Garcia Holmes will face Democratic Rep. Melanie Stansbury in the fall.
