Amelia and Maggie, I think it’s an interesting question as there are fewer highly competitive districts since redistricting, and more and more Americans seem to be sorting by political affiliation, living among the like-minded. If you’re the political outlier, like Alex has written about, are you ever going to vote for a candidate you prefer, or are you always going to try to play mind games? I wonder what that means for voting in general.
