Meanwhile, the primary is pretty boring — unsurprisingly, the three candidates from the special election are dominating the field there. It looks like the fourth slot will go to Republican Tara Sweeney, who currently has 4 percent of the vote, but I don’t see any reason to think the regular election will turn out differently from the special in the end.
